Express Online Training is required by law to gather enough information to verify your identity when providing you with a certificate. Express Online Training strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to our site and updates its security measures to keep up with current technologies. All information Express Online Training receives from its customers is protected from unauthorised use or access by our secure servers and all customer information is encrypted before it is sent to us. Credit/Debit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

Express Online Training may also make you aware of their new and additional products and services from time to time. This email newsletter service is free. White Card (QLD)

In accordance with our license agreement with Work Health & Safety QLD EOT must comply with those parts of Chapter 2 of the Information Privacy Act 2009 which apply to the Regulator, as if EOT was the Regulator.

EOT will treat any Personal Information only as authorised by law, and in relation to such Personal Information, promptly notify the Regulator upon becoming aware of any breach or suspected breach of the Information Privacy Act 2009.

EOT must not transfer any Personal Information collected or accessed in connection with issuing white cards cards, outside of Australia, except with the prior written consent of the Regulator.

EOT must take any steps to prevent unauthorised use or disclosure of Personal Information collected or accessed in connection with issuing white card that are reasonably notified by the Regulator
